During my Womb Sauna experience I felt that I released many unwanted emotions that I didn't even know were festering. It is a therapeutic, holistic and enlightening experience. You will feel much lighter afterwards, and begin a path of self-awareness healing. I went about a week ago, and since then I have shed many imbalances. Once, you have experienced you Womb Sauna you will begin to heal and feel more connected with yourself spiritually. I strongly recommend it, because it has helped me with my healing journey and connected with discovering my purpose. I definitely have shed some negative energies, and feel closer to my healing goals. I even have a regimen that I am following, which was provided by the beautiful Angelia.
